Your New Role

In your new role as ER & Change Manager, you will lead and develop the ER & Change team to deliver high quality and consistent HR advice, whilst supporting stakeholders with a broad range of HR change activity.

As ER & Change Manager, you will lead, and motivate, a team of 11 HR professionals, overseeing the work that they complete relating to all ER and business Change, whilst managing the operational function.

As well as utilising your experience in OD, ER and Change, including project and risk planning, you will also take responsibility for analysing trends and leading on continuous improvement activity, collaborating with key stakeholders to manage risk appropriately.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Significant Employee Relations and Change Management experience.
  • Experience handling/leading mergers, acquisitions, TUPE transfers both in and out and co-ordination of large-scale consultations.
  • Previous experience managing a HR team.
  • Previous experience overseeing a HR Function.
  • Strong, up-to-date Employment Law Knowledge.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management/Relationship Building skills.
  • CIPD Level 7.
