I am currently supporting a high-growth fashion brand located in Manchester in their search for a Head of People. This is a brand new role and an exciting time to join a forward-thinking, entrepreneurially run business.

In this role you will work as part of the leadership team to shape the people strategy and drive a culture of high performance.

Below is an overview of the things you will take a lead on:

  • Designing and delivering a people strategy that supports the company wide objectives
  • Oversee recruitment strategies that attract top talent and managing internal succession planning as part of a broader retention strategy
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law
  • Using HR MI to drive decision-making
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion
  • Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar level role, having worked in a creative, innovative and fast-paced business. Being passionate about your own personal development and strong stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
