My client, a gaming business with the backing of a well-known brand, is looking for a dynamic HR Manager/ Business Partner to join them on their exciting journey to achieve over £1 billion revenue in the next 5 years.Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with the Executive team, including resourcing, and learning to develop and execute the people plan for your business area, provide expert advice & guidance to management teams on HR policies and processes and identify people risks in operations in core business units, analysing and delivering solutions.You will be a key member and influencer - developing solutions on culture, shaping people strategy ensuring individual regional requirements are considered where appropriate, coaching and building the capability of line managers to anticipate and pre-empt issues, including facilitating the delivery of effective feedback and performance management.Leading and supporting programmes that enhance, retain and develop a highly skilled team, this will be an integral role to the help the business achieve their huge growth plans.The role is fully remote so you will be expected to take responsibility for your own work and work under your own initiative.The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified/part qualified with business partnering experience and an understanding of the gaming industry.My client is offering a salary of up to £65k plus bonus and fully remote working.
