Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

  • Shape HR Strategy: Drive and implement exciting HR objectives and strategic projects.
  • Revamp Policies: Refresh HR policies and the staff handbook using creative insight.
  • Coach & Inspire: Empower senior management to effectively implement HR practices.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Create an exceptional experience for new team members.
  • Elevate Performance: Design a performance management framework that motivates and engages teams.
  • Cultivate Training: Develop a dynamic training and competence programme to foster growth.
  • Engage & Collaborate: Continuous work with the Board to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Keep Us Compliant: Manage all HR administration to ensure organization and compliance.
  • Management Support: Develop strong working relationships with the Management Team, their business units and understand their people requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Previous HR Manager experience or No. 2 in a larger organization.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
