Our client, a leading professional services firm based in Manchester, is seeking a talented HR Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the organization, from day-to-day HR operations to strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • HR Projects: Lead and implement HR projects, such as process improvement initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Health and Safety: Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Strategic HR: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • CIPD qualified (desirable).
