We are working with a leading name in the professional services sector who have an exciting opportunity for a HR Policy and process Lead to join their existing ER & Policy team as they grow. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background from within a professional services environment.

Our client are a global business who are growing! They boast a number of modern offices across the UK, adding to their worldwide presence. This role will be hybrid, based from either their Manchester or Glasgow office. This person will be responsible for the HR policy framework in the UK and internationally, ensuring policies are current and legally compliant.

Key areas of responsibility will include;

* Identify and address gaps in policies and working with the wider HR function to develop and update new policies as needed

* Conducting research to ensure policies are market leading, compliant and up to date, and ensuring consistency in tone and content across the function.

* Develop and contribute to policy communications, supporting cultural change in how employees and managers interact with policies.

* Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for processes, working closely with the HR programme and operations teams to align policies, processes, and technology.

* Project manage the effective identification, design, integration and launch of new and existing policy changes.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of extensive experience in employment policy development and process management, with strong Employment Law knowledge. You will have a strong understanding of HR systems, in particular Workday. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, have experience in leading change projects, and be able to demonstrate business partnering skills including coaching and influencing.
