Job Description:

As a Human Resources Executive, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for a range of Human Resources functions, with a strong focus on enhancing company culture and employee engagement. This is a hands-on role that requires a confident, outgoing, and proactive individual who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.

  • Drive a positive workplace culture, ensuring an inclusive and engaging environment for all employees
  • Organise team-building activities such as lunchtime walks, birthday celebrations, and recognition initiatives
  • Take ownership of HR processes, including drafting and managing contracts of employment
  • Support the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to assisting with interviews and onboarding
  • Act as the go-to person for employee relations, handling queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
  • Assist in performance management, ensuring employees receive feedback and have growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best HR practices
  • Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business goals

Experience Required:

  • 3 years of HR experience in a mid-level role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - must be outgoing and confident
  • A proactive, "get-up-and-go" attitude with a passion for improving workplace culture
  • Experience in employee engagement and team-building initiatives
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple HR tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
