You'll play a pivotal part in driving the growth of a new legal recruitment division. This high-impact role demands a strategic mindset, business development expertise, and exceptional leadership skills.

The Role

As Legal Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for establishing and growing a new legal recruitment division within the organisation. This role offers a blend of hands-on recruitment leadership and strategic business development, including:

  • Developing and implementing a business plan to expand the legal recruitment brand.
  • Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of legal recruitment consultants.
  • Driving new business opportunities through existing and new client relationships in the legal sector.
  • Overseeing both temporary and permanent recruitment desks, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
  • Managing the P&L for the division to ensure profitability and business success.
  • Sitting on the Board of Directors and playing an influential role in shaping company strategy.
