Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Friday, Office based, Flexible working

Reporting to: HR Manager

Summary:

My client is looking for an end to end payroll administrator, experienced in the full internal process. You will be responsible for the accurate delivery of the monthly payroll, working along side the finance team. You will also have additional HR administration duties and report directly to the HR Manager.

Duties:

  • To support and delivery accurate end to end payroll process.
  • Collate the payroll information from across the business – Benefits, reward, HMRC
  • Setting up new starters
  • Recording and tracking training progress, internal, NVQ's and other external training
  • Accurate calculations of the monthly payroll and reporting the data to your line manager
  • Managing the payroll data and keeping accurate records at all times.
  • Supporting your team with payroll discrepancies and being a point of contact for all queries.
  • Always follow the company policy and procedures on GDPR and compliance
  • Ensure compliance in all employee law is being followed and accurate at all times
  • Data reports for the wider business on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Supporting on the company benefits that link into the payroll process

Experience necessary for the role:

  • 3 years plus experience within a end to end payroll roll
  • HR Administration knowledge
  • Desirable: Manufacturing | Logistics | Distribution (Blue Collar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High understanding of GDPR
