Description

The key responsibilities of a Payroll Manager will include:

  • Global payroll: managing the payroll function across 4 countries
  • Processing payroll: Ensure that employee salaries, benefits, overtime, and deductions are processed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining records: Keep employee records and ensure financial confidentiality
  • Generating reports: Create and share reports on payroll activity, especially for new hires and terminations
  • Complying with regulations: Ensure that payroll practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as working hours and minimum wage
  • Resolving errors: Resolve payroll errors
  • Pension management: ensuring the accuracy of pension deductions and payment reconciliations
  • Monitoring changes: Monitor promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Completing all payroll journal entries at the end of each payroll period.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Extensive experience in payroll management

  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations

  • Proficiency in payroll software

  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
