As Payroll Manager, you will oversee the payroll function across multiple international locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing for a dynamic and rapidly expanding team. This role will involve managing all payroll operations, keeping detailed records, producing regular reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll process. Â Â
Key Responsibilities:Â Â- Global Payroll Management: Oversee payroll for around 200 employees across four countries, supporting 50% anticipated year-on-year growth. Â
- Payroll Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all employee salaries, benefits, and deductions, maintaining rigorous confidentiality of financial information. Â
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain detailed employee records, prepare payroll reports, and update data for new hires and terminations. Â
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure payroll practices are in full compliance with local laws and regulations, including those regarding working hours and minimum wages. Â
- Error Resolution: Identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly. Â
- Pension Administration: Accurately manage pension deductions and coordinate with external partners for reconciliation. Â
- Change Monitoring: Track employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, and exits. Â Â Payroll Journal Entries: Complete all payroll-related journal entries for each payroll cycle.
- Manage all HMRC submissions and payroll reconciliations, ensuring strict adherence to legislative timelines. Â
- Lead and contribute to payroll-related projects, focusing on process improvements and operational efficiency. Â
- Collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams to streamline procedures and enhance data integrity. Â
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Â
- Strong data analysis and presentation abilities, with a talent for translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Â
- Excellent interpersonal skills and up-to-date technical payroll knowledge. Â
- Proven experience with outsourced payroll processing and familiarity with in-house payroll management. Â
