Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for 600+ employees

Ensure payroll calculations, including statutory leave, advances, and deductions, are processed accurately

Maintain compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and legislative changes

Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including HMRC submissions and year-end reporting

Manage employee benefits such as pensions, salary sacrifice, and healthcare schemes

Drive process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Support internal and external audits with payroll data and reporting
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in payroll management

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and processes

Advanced IT competency, particularly in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel

Professional payroll certification (e.g., CIPP) is desirable

Experience managing Republic of Ireland payrolls is advantageous
