The key responsibilities of the Payroll Operations Manager include:

• Ensuring the delivery of a high quality payroll service in line with organisation standards
• Implementing processes that will improve efficiencies across the department
• Line managing 6 people
• Ensuring statutory requirements and returns are complied with

Profile

The successful Payroll Operations Manager should have:

• Experience working in a payroll function
• Line management experience
• Knowledge of Public Sector payroll and pensions processes
• CIPP Qualified (Or working towards)
