About the Role:

We are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing luxury fashion brand known for creating high-quality, handcrafted statement pieces. They are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead their HR operations and drive talent strategy as the company continues its growth trajectory. This role offers the opportunity to shape the people agenda in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Advise senior leadership on people-related matters, acting as a trusted HR business partner.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee well-being and engagement.
  • Implement talent development programs to nurture and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and keep up to date with HR best practices.
  • Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR or People Manager role, ideally within a creative or fast paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and culture building.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR operations.
  • CIPD qualification or similar HR certification is advantageous.
