This is a brand-new role for someone to really make their own! Working in a standalone environment, this is perfect for someone keen to move from agency into inhouse or is seeking a fresh challenge. This is a full time, permanant role working fully office basedand prior experience within agency and inhouse recruitment within the hospitality or retail sector is essential. This business offers an excellent benefits package as well as an inclusive working environment. You will be required to carry out the following duties on a day-to-day basis (but are not limited to):

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the business whilst working on the development of the wider resourcing team

Development of the existing recruitment process within the business, including maintenance and development of internal and external relationships

Conduct professional interviews for all live high level positions

Monitor legislation, review agency service and analyse recruitment campaigns

Attendance in meetings to ensure business awareness of all current and upcoming roles

Your focus will be on low-volume, high-end business recruitment through development of professional relationships and networking.
