We are currently looking for a RegionalHR Manager to join our multi-site customer The main location for this role will be our site in Manchester, however there will be regular travel to other sites, as a part of this role.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, the hours of work are Monday to Friday

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Providing dedicated HR Support to sites within the Northern Region for 3 sites
  • Adopting a GXO Supply Chain & HR culture on the site.
  • Building and driving the site HR People plans to support an overall business plan, developing employee relations agenda
  • Facilitating harmonious employee relations with the site teams and any respective Trade Union representatives to ensure optimum working efficiency within the operation
  • Ensuring that processes are in place for talent identification, succession planning and coaching for leaders and high potential colleagues

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR management role, within a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
  • Be an effective influencer and communicator, able to positively engage and empower others
  • Be adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
