I am delighted to work with a leading, international law firm to recruit a Reward Manager. As an accomplished Reward Manager, you will lead on compensation activities and key reward projects, globally. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting compensation activities on a large global scale. This role can be based in a number of locations including; Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield or Bristol.

As a key member of the Reward team, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute the global reward strategy. You will support the implementation of overarching reward initiatives globally and take ownership of reward projects, from global annual review cycles to pay gap reporting. You will play an integral role in aligning reward strategies with broader business objectives, promoting the continuous improvement culture and driving efficiencies.

In order to be successful in your application, you need to demonstrate advanced excel skills and broad compensation experience including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review processes

As you will join a large, complex, matrix structured, global professional services business, experience leading reward and global project delivery in a similar environment is highly desirable. You are highly collaborative, detail- orientated and incredibly organised. You possess strong stakeholder management, communication/interpersonal skills and have the ability to present complex data to a varied population.
