Now, this is the HR Advisor role of the century.

If you're a generalist HR Advisor, you need to apply to this. I say this because I'm genuinely in shock at how good it is, it's ticking every box you'd ever want in a role and more, and I'm so excited to be going to market about it.

First of all, the HR Manager, your mentor, wow. What a woman. She's CIPD Level 7 qualified, she's energetic, passionate, supportive and wants to really take someone under her wing that she can invest in.

The business, a Manufacturing company, worldwide with over 12 sites across the globe, Manchester site holds around 80 staff members and growing….. 2025 plans just been finalised and it's set out to be a record breaking year.

When HR Manager joined, the site was still in "small business mentality" so it's been, and still is, her mission to get the business operating at corporate level but keeping that culture of a small business at the same time, and she wants your support with this.

She is going to expose you to every element of HR, from employee relations right through to employee engagement, payroll and company strategy. You'll be involved in HR projects, and she wants your ideas. She isn't a dictator, she's someone that listens and loves ideas from her team.

What this role and business needs is a true HR generalist that is up to date with all legislation, CIPD level 5 qualified or studying towards, and has a real passion and positive outlook on all things "HR" - she wants a real doer not someone who's going to moan about getting stuck in and helping where needed, and someone who's a bit of a stickler for the detail.

The HR team are relied upon, they're well respected, listened to and Directors are always in and out of the office asking for advice, so this needs someone predominately on site, with 1 day a week working from home.
