HR Advisor (Part-time - 3 days)

Manchester with travel within the North West

£35,000 - £40,000 pro rata

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting our client, a major player in the energy market, to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week. There is flexibility on where you will be based in the North West / Manchester area and the role offers a hybrid working approach - you will split your time between working from home and traveling to different sites in the North West (therefore a full UK driver's licence and access to your own vehicle is essential).

You will be joining a small team of HR Advisor, working closely with the HR Business Partnering team. The role will involve providing HR Advice and guidance to managers on ER case management, absence management, performance management. You will be coaching and guiding on processes and procedures as well as supporting the wider HR team on other HR projects.

Requirement of the role:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a HR Advisory capacity with exposure to managing a varied complex case work with employee relations.
  • CIPD level 5 minimum
  • Coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical skills - looking at HR trends
  • Excellent communication skills
