A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a large, values-driven, charitable organisation who are currently seeking a (Senior) HR Advisor to join their close-knit HR team on a permanent basis.

My client is seeking a values-driven candidate with a passion for people.

Home based (with occasional travel monthly within the Northwest).

Your New Role

Within your new role as HR Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting in delivering a proactive, high-quality, professional and appropriate business-focused People service, providing first-class advice and guidance across all areas of the organisation, to assist in delivering the organisation's HR strategy.

Operating in a generalist capacity, you will support a range of HR activities including;

  • Complex ER Casework Management.
  • Coaching & Training Managers.
  • Change Management - TUPE, Restructure, Redundancy.
  • Absence Management.
  • Relationship Building.
  • HR Project Work.
  • Training - providing up-to-date, compliant advice & guidance to staff and management.

As HR Advisor, you will support with the above, working closely with managers to build strong relationships across the organisation, operating in an environment where managers are extremely grateful for the support, advice and guidance that they receive.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Multiple years' experience operating in a HR environment, dealing with complex ER issues e.g., disciplinaries, grievances.
  • Experience supporting with change management initiatives.
  • Strong Employment Law Knowledge.
  • Experience of building strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Values-driven HR professional (Aligned values with the organisation).
