New opportunities are available for skilled and committed HR Advisors to join a prominent HR consultancy in the heart of Manchester City Centre. In this role, you'll collaborate with a team to provide legally compliant HR and Employment Law solutions to clients via telephone and email, helping address each client's unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating your knowledge of HR and Employment Law.

- Deliver top-tier, solution-focused HR advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll be their go-to expert, offering guidance over the phone to solve their HR challenges.

- Take charge of your cases from start to finish, building strong, trusted relationships with every client you interact with.

- Accurately log and manage each case in our bespoke system, taking full ownership and responsibility for follow-ups.

- Direct clients to valuable, pre-prepared HR documents and resources available within our cutting-edge HR software.

- Review client documents during calls and provide tailored feedback, always considering their unique terms and conditions.

- Follow established protocols to seamlessly manage and escalate cases when needed, ensuring smooth handovers and top-quality service.

- Proactively recommend additional products and services that can enhance your clients' experience.

- Stay at the forefront of HR and Employment Law, confidently handling complex, end-to-end cases with ease.

- Support new consultants as they come on board, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

- Deliver impactful training sessions for both colleagues and clients as required.

- Welcome new clients with onboarding calls, introducing them to our software and services.

- Embrace additional tasks as directed by the Management Team-because no two days are the same!

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field.

- Strong expertise in HR practices and Employment Law.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- CIPD Lv. 5 is preferred, but CIPD Lv. 3 with relevant experience will also be considered. Plus, we offer study support to elevate your HR career after your probation period!

- A knack for building strong client relationships.

- Great organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Working Hours:

- 37.5 - 42.5 hours per week, with flexible scheduling from Monday to Sunday based on your preference.

- The department operates 24/7 with dedicated night staff, but day shifts vary from 6am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Plus, you'll only work one weekend every three weeks, ensuring a balanced schedule with a weekday off.
