HR Assistant / Recruiter

My well-established client is looking to recruit a HR Assistant / Recruiter to join it’s small but friendly HR Team based in the Manchester area. Covering branches over the North and Midlands area, you will be working in HR and recruitment for a mix of Commercial and Industrial staff.

You will have some HR experience and ideally been involved with recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is on the first step of the HR ladder and looking to join an organisation where they can develop and progress their career.

KeDuties

  • Providing Administrative Support to the HR Manager
  • Uploading HR Document s
  • Main point of contact for all HR queries
  • Assisting the HR Manager with all aspects of recruitment including arranging interviews and advertising
  • Issuing Offer letter and all new starter paperwork
  • Conducting Pre employment checks
  • Keeping HR spreadsheets and files up to date
  • Notifying payroll of changes

Experience required

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ideally experience in recruiting but not essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • High level IT skills
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Well organised with an eye for details
