Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join their rapidly growing private equity business based in Didsbury, Manchester. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be hands-on, involved in all aspects of their operational agenda to ensure that all stakeholders feel supported, coached, and empowered. Your primary responsibility will be creating a robust recruitment strategy and working closely with internal partners to bring it to life. You will also play a crucial role in managing Employee Relations cases smoothly while training and coaching managers in line with company values. Your ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders will be key in delivering efficient processes that drive business outcomes.

  • Develop and implement a robust and scalable recruitment strategy
  • Ensure smooth operation of HR processes, administration and Employee Relations cases
  • Train and coach managers in line with company values
  • Play a critical role in streamlining processes and owning the overall operational people plan
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality processes
  • Lead the analysis of existing delivery methodology to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of optimised services
