Contract: Permanent

Location: Manchester City Centre (fully on-site)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Interview: 1 stage, in person

What You'll Do:

  • Provide detailed, authoritative advice on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Ensure your HR and employment law knowledge remains current and relevant.
  • Build strong relationships with a priority client base through clear, tailored communication.
  • Take ownership of ongoing cases, ensuring thorough and professional resolution.
  • Review and advise on client documentation to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a professional and client-focused approach in every interaction.
  • Proactively manage your own learning and development in this dynamic environment.
