The organisation is focused on developing a positive and effective workplace culture, ensuring their teams feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality care. As HRBP, you will work in partnership with the Managing Director and Operational Teams, driving key people initiatives and providing expert HR guidance.

We are supporting a leading Children's Care provider in their search for an HR Business Partner to support their Children’s Care Services across the North West and Herefordshire. This role will suit someone who thrives in a multi-site, operational HR role, working closely with senior leaders to build an engaged, high-performing workforce.

This is a hybrid role with regular travel, including meetings at the head office on the outskirts of Manchester.

The Role

  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement an effective people strategy.
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, and workforce engagement.
  • Driving improvements in retention, wellbeing, and leadership development.
  • Managing a multi-site workforce, ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently.
  • Playing a key role in business-wide culture and transformation projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, multi-site environment — ideally within social care, healthcare, or a similarly regulated setting.
  • A naturally curious and solutions-focused mindset, always looking for better ways of working.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading organisational change and workforce transformation, particularly in areas like leadership development, succession planning, and building future-ready teams.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge with a proactive, coaching-based approach.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative way.
  • Flexible and comfortable with regular travel across the North West and Herefordshire.

Please note: Due to the locations and travel requirements, you will need to hold a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
