We are looking for an experienced HR Change Lead to join a dynamic business in the manufacturing industry. This high-impact role will lead the people (HR) aspects of a global systems implementation set to go live in the UK this October, followed by Europe.

Description

As HR Change Lead you will oversee the HR aspects of a global systems implementation, managing people-related impacts throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring effective communication across the business.Oversee workforce planning and assess impacts on the operating model.Implement training programmes to support a successful 'go live' in the UK, and future rollouts in Europe.Manage and guide a small HR team to support project delivery.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate people-related elements within the project.

Profile

Significant HR experience in the manufacturing industry.Proven track record leading change management in large-scale global projects.Strong understanding of global systems implementations and their workforce impact.Excellent communication skills and experience leading change.Flexibility to travel to the North West of the UK on occasion.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company during a key transformation period.
