This company require an experienced HR Co-ordinator to work alongside a HR Manager on a permanent basis offering £28000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

The role:

*Manage incoming HR enquiries and support a wide range of stakeholders

*Assisting with a full range of HR tasks throughout the employee life cycle, such as: Recruitment, on boarding, new starters and leavers process, documentation, coordinating interviews

*Management of HR systems and updating employee data

* Supporting Employee relations

*Management of the HR and recruitment system

* Payroll & benefits administration, supporting the collation of data and updating changes

Training co-ordination - booking courses, liaising with external providers, keeping track of the training matrix.

* Creating HR & Payroll reports for management

* Ad hoc administration to support HR project work

* General HR administrative tasks to support the team

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced HR Administrator/Assistant. This role would ideally suit someone wanting to take the next step and gain a very generalist broad range of experience. Ideally you will be qualified to level 3 CIPD working towards, and the company will support the continuation of this for the right candidate.
