A well-known, high profile and forward thinking organisation based in Manchester City Centre are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join them on an interim 3 months basis to help oversee a HR transformation project working full time, 1 or 2 days a week in their city centre offices and the rest work from home. This role is perfect for a seasoned interim consultant keen to secure an immediate role over the Christmas and New Year holidays. The successful candidate will have solid experience working for large scale businesses and have a track record of leading projects such as HR initiatives and system implementation. This role is full time and on a day rate of 400 per day, inside of IR35.

Day to day duties may include:

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives and system implementations
  • Develop and support HR strategic plans and programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and scope
  • Conduct needs assessments and prepare business cases for HR initiatives
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
  • Support with theDesign and implement recruitment strategies for diverse roles and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements
  • Guide hiring managers through selection and offer processes
  • Analyse existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and document new HR procedures and workflows
  • Implement HR best practices and industry standards
  • Create and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Develop HR metrics and analytics frameworks

The successful candidate will have solid HR Consultant and HR Business Partner level experience, experience with strategic HR projects including System implementations, recruitment, implementing HR processes and procedures alongside coaching managers and assisting with ER best practices. You will be confident, articulate and be a commercially savvy individual.
