Our client is a leading organisation in the FMCG industry, well-known for its commitment to it's people and delivering high quality products to it's customers. With 2 sites in North Manchester with approx 400 employees in a Unionised environment.
Description
- Provide comprehensive HR advice to team members and managers
- Implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
- Facilitate employee development programmes
- Assist in performance management processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- A degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, FMCG environm
