A highly motivated Interim HR Officer is required to join a committed HR team within a well-established Not For Profit organisation, based in Manchester.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Interim HR Officerwill include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff members.
- To support with new starter processes including issuing offer letters, contracts of employment and other documentation.
- Liaising with the Head of Human Resources to ensure appropriate and relevant training modules are completed.
- To support with the administration of vetting check are completed.
- Produce monthly staffing report, providing HR statistic and data to the Board of Governors,
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor and review HR metrics, such as staff turnover and absence rates.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
Profile
A successful Interim HR Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
- Previous experience of working in an HR generalist role
- Practical experience in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- CIPD Level 3 or above, or in progress.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ER/Case work and Educational background desirable.
- Enhanced DBS Clearance.
- Ability to commute to Hulme.
