About the Role:We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting opportunity as a Junior HR Business Partner. Our client, a forward-thinking and well-established organization, is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join their team.

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a proactive and effective HR service, partnering with managers and teams across the business to provide expert advice on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment-related matters, casework, and the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end casework for disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting innovative people solutions and business improvement.
  • Coach and develop managers, delivering training and guidance on HR-related topics.
  • Support recruitment processes, including administration and ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior HR team members on strategic projects to enhance business operations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, with solid knowledge of Employee Relations and Employment Law.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Confidence in providing guidance to managers and employees, as well as handling sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
  • Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) are advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
