- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
- Manage and resolve a range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Support the implementation and integration of HR processes during M&A activity.
- Assist with talent management, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and policies.
- Solid generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and ER case management.
- Experience supporting M&A or organisational change projects (desirable).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
