Role: Senior HR AdvisorSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Location: Manchester, HybridHybrid: 2 days in office / 3 WFH.  JGA are partnering with a leading, high growth business, seeking an ambitious Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Manchester.This generalist role offers broad exposure across the HR spectrum, supporting a high-growth environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations, advising on employee relations (ER) matters, and providing key support on M&A integration projects.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
  • Manage and resolve a range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Support the implementation and integration of HR processes during M&A activity.
  • Assist with talent management, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and policies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and ER case management.
  • Experience supporting M&A or organisational change projects (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
