Senior HR Business Partner Based in Manchester - Hybrid 4 days onsite Paying around £85k + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class HR initiatives to support our client's growth. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with the leadership team to translate the HR strategy into actionable initiatives that drive results. You will also provide coaching and support to managers at all levels and lead culture change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Take ownership of delivering the HR strategy for our client's business.
  • Define and embed the company's culture and values.
  • Manage TUPE transfers and post-transfer change programmes.
  • Implement succession planning and talent development strategies.
  • Drive the annual cycle of people processes, including objective setting and reviews.
  • Design and deliver management development programmes.
  • Advise on organisational and job design.
  • Identify and address HR initiatives across various disciplines.
  • Act as an escalation point for employee relations issues.
  • Analyse root causes of ER matters and develop reduction strategies.
  • Provide guidance on performance management.
  • Analyse and provide timely HR metrics and insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in an FM or similar industry.
  • Successful track record in delivering projects impacting employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience working with Trade Unions.
  • Experience managing TUPE transfers and driving culture change.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and planning abilities.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving business performance through HR solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and adapt to different working hours.
