Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
Additional Benefits: Company car, fuel card, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, performance bonus scheme

Position Overview:
This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering life-saving fire and security solutions! As a Technical Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for assessing sites, providing expert recommendations, and delivering tailored quotes for everything from fire alarms and CCTV to intruder alarms, access control and emergency lights. You'll collaborate closely with clients to ensure their properties are fully protected while working with a team of seasoned engineers to bring these projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site Surveys & Recommendations: Assess commercial sites (up to £15,000 in value) and occasionally domestic properties to create customised, comprehensive fire and security system solutions.
• Problem-Free Installations: Guide clients through safe, seamless installations by providing expert advice and clear specifications.
• KPI Focused: Meet and exceed activity, customer satisfaction, financial, and internal KPIs.
• Work Across a Variety of Projects: From intricate fire and security designs to quoting and installation management, no two days will be the same.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a top-tier team of engineers to ensure flawless installations and meet company goals for revenue and project delivery.
• Efficiency: Ensure all projects are quoted and completed on time, with high-quality results.
• Technical Support: Provide valuable support to the engineering team, ensuring smooth operations across all levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Solid knowledge of Fire & Security systems, including installation, service, and commissioning.
• Expertise in relevant legislation and British standards, including BS5839, BAFE-SP203, SSAIB, and more.
• Self-managed and organised, with the ability to balance and prioritise your workload.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—whether with clients, engineers, or internal teams.
• Full UK driving license.
