Internal Account Manager

£25,000 - £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Seek and develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the telecoms or IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services including, VoIP, Connectivity, Mobile, IT and Security
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
