Business Analyst- e-Commerce- Up to £55k - Greater Manchester
We are working with a rapidly scaling e-Commerce searching for a Business Analyst to support a huge period of growth which your role will be integral to. Due to the growth the business has been going on over the past few years, they are bringing their tech and delivery functions in house.
As their Business Analyst, you will be supporting key stakeholders within the business, identifying and communicating requirements, enabling them to carry out the business vision and strategy. As a brand new team, they champion "collaboration" and your role will also promote best practice processes and align existing processes to ensure you are contributing to the high-performance environment.
What they’re looking for in you as their Business Analyst:
- Strong experience of Business Analysis in technical environments (IT/Software)
- Requirement gathering and collaboration with Product team, UX team, stakeholders and customers to understand and break down requirements
- Providing regular and transparent progress updates to business stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating documentation (requirements, process maps, user story maps, solution documentation).
- Strong communication skills, in presenting the needs of key stakeholders to the wider business.
- Experience working in e-Commerce, retail or similar sectors is highly beneficial
