Robert Walters are working with a client seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering their new omnichannel solution into their contact centre & integrating it with their CRM.
Main Responsbilities:
- Work with an agile software development team, working closely with the Product Manager.
- Gather clear and concise requirements
- Prepare business requirements, document 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes and deliver process flows and maps
- Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
Experience Required:
- Working in / understanding Agile methodologies
- Implementing Omnichannel solutions into contact centres
- JIRA
