Business Analyst- 12 Month FTC- Manchester- Hybrid

Harvey Nash is working exclusively with a well known public sector client in the Manchester area

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the organisations dynamic Digital Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and defining the architectural blueprint of digital technology, structure, and operation to help the organisation achieve its current and future objectives. You will work closely with an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architects, and other Business Analysts to research and analyse data, inform business decisions, and find technological solutions to meet business needs.

As a Business Analyst, you will lead the design, definition, and documentation of required business and IT process changes, benefits, and outcomes. You will facilitate workshops, create benefits profiles, and develop commitment to required changes. Your role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to agree on common processes and system functionality, using process mapping software tools, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of systems and future developments. You will also manage changes to baseline requirements, lead development staff and key users in defining and implementing test plans, and deliver training on business/IT process changes.
