Role: Business (Data) Analyst
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £30-35k plus bonuses plus benefits

The Role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of national and international clients, including banks and retailers, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to internal and external queries by analysing data and conducting database interrogations.
- Independently assessing processes and situations, identifying issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Monitoring activities and providing relevant management reports.
- Attending client meetings and ensuring effective communication.
- Undertaking relevant training to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
- Experience in analysing data sets and identifying patterns or issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Power BI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Flexibility to work outside core hours when required.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
