As a Business Development Manager (BDM) you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify and target potential clients, building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
