We are working with a well-established manufacturing company in the North West that is looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong SAP SD expertise to play a key role in improving business processes, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules. As a SAP SD Consultant you’ll be responsible for working closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions. You'll configure and optimize the SAP SD module, troubleshoot complex issues, and support continuous improvements to streamline operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving innovation in SAP solutions.
SAP SD Consultant - Key Responsibilities - Manufacturing, ECC, S4HANA, SAP, Sales and Distribution
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and design effective SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and customise SAP SD to align with operational needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and provide expert support.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI, and CO.
- Assist in system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure a smooth implementation of changes.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements, particularly within S/4 HANA, to bring innovative ideas to the team.
SAP SD Consultant - Skills - Manufacturing, ECC, S4HANA, SAP, Sales and Distribution
- Proven experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, particularly within manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP integration across MM, FI, and CO.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP for debugging is an advantage.
- Experience working with SAP GTS and S/4 HANA is desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
