Our client in Manchester is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support analyst to deal and respond with 2nd line incidents and service requests. A good understanding of technology and customer service will be essential.
Key Skills and responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support and work in line with SLA's
- Act as an escalation point for any technical related queries
- Provide desktop support, general troubleshooting and dealing with logged tickets
- Deploy, maintain and update IT hardware
- Troubleshoot a range technical issues, investigate, diagnose faults and work to resolve these in line with SLA's
- Provide excellent customer service whilst dealing with IT related incidents
Essential skills and experience
- Previous experience working in a 2nd line support role and experience working in IT service management
- Experience of working in line with SLA's
- Good technical understanding of IT services
- Experience in the following but not limited to: O365, MS applications, MS Teams, Active Directory, Windows OS, Windows Sever, Ticketing systems
- A valid driving license with access to a car as travel to other sites may be required
