We require a 3rd Line Engineer to join an insight-led Managed Service Provider who deliver a range of bespoke solutions across cyber, infrastructure, IT support, cloud and business continuity.
Youll be working with:
- VMware (vSphere, ESXi)
- Hyper-V
- Veeam

- Networking
- Windows Server
Day to day youll be:
- Delivering outstanding customer service through understanding the users needs.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, resolving or escalating issues assigned to you in line with SLAs
- The point of technical escalation for the 2nd line team, ensuring high levels of service are delivered and maintained.
- Taking full ownership of incidents and ensuring they are quickly prioritised appropriately
- Identifying and delivering continuous service improvements for your area
- Updating and creating technical documentation
- Working within the ITIL framework
- Supporting the customers through planned release management processes
- Ensuring that any recurring issues are mitigated through the ITIL problem management processes
- Communicating and liaising verbally and in writing with all stakeholders (Internal users, customers, suppliers etc.)
- Pursuing personal development of your skills/ knowledge base to effectively perform the role at a high standard.
