A large multi-national business in the Automotive Industry is looking to expand it's Application Support function by bringing in one additional team member. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week on site.
The application support team ensure the smooth running of business critical applications
They're looking for the following experience
Proven experience in an application support team within an ITIL environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software applications, database technologies, and operating systems. Knowledge of SQL Server, HTML, XML, FTP, C#, and .NET.• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex technical issues and devise effective solutions.• Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain technical matters to non-technical users and collaborate with team members.• Flexibility: Adaptable to new procedures and technologies with a positive, can-do attitude.
