An IT Desktop Support Analyst is required for our client based in Manchester for an initial 3-month contract. This position is fully onsite, 5 days per week, therefore please only apply if you can commit to this.

Duties

  • Build laptops and desktop devices
  • Undertake software installations
  • Diagnose issues and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Ensure all security updates are applied as required
  • Physically repair laptops
  • Manage devices in Microsoft Intune
  • Resolve technical issues with equipment on desks, in the office and remote offices
  • Assist with managing the print service - diagnosing issues, reporting incidents, following up with the supplier
  • Respond to technical issues with meeting room equipment
  • A driving licence would be advantageous.
