An IT Desktop Support Analyst is required for our client based in Manchester for an initial 3-month contract. This position is fully onsite, 5 days per week, therefore please only apply if you can commit to this.
Duties
- Build laptops and desktop devices
- Undertake software installations
- Diagnose issues and resolve hardware and software issues
- Ensure all security updates are applied as required
- Physically repair laptops
- Manage devices in Microsoft Intune
- Resolve technical issues with equipment on desks, in the office and remote offices
- Assist with managing the print service - diagnosing issues, reporting incidents, following up with the supplier
- Respond to technical issues with meeting room equipment
- A driving licence would be advantageous.
