Sr. Cloud Technical Support Engineer

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success. You will be the primary contact for clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering expert guidance. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Monitor cloud deployments and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Engage with clients through various channels, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Recreate technical problems to assist in troubleshooting and improving our client's platform.
- Share insights from customer interactions with internal teams to enhance products and services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practice guides.
- Gain in-depth knowledge in specific areas of our client's technology stack.
- Work onsite at our client's office 3-5 days a week, depending on requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 4 years in technical support or related roles.
- Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Unix/Linux systems and network protocols (HTTP, TLS, DNS, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed systems is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is an advantage.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
