Sr. Cloud Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Monitor cloud deployments and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

  • Recreate technical problems to assist in troubleshooting and improving our client's platform.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practice guides.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge in specific areas of our client's technology stack.
  • Work onsite at our client's office 3-5 days a week, depending on requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 4 years in technical support or related roles.
  • Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux systems and network protocols (HTTP, TLS, DNS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed systems is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is an advantage.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
