Network Manager | £60,000 | London | RF | Lab Operations

We are seeking a Network Manager to join our team and take ownership of our advanced lab environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with networking and RF systems, and a proven ability to develop and maintain efficient lab processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage servers, networking, and lab infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
- Apply knowledge of RF engineering and VSAT principles to lab operations.
- Oversee data center operations, including infrastructure and management systems.
- Streamline and implement efficient lab processes and automation.
- Coordinate lab activities, including installations, customer demonstrations, and logistical tasks.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT (servers, networking, lab management).
- Proficiency in Linux OS, VMware, AWS, and lab automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, software, and VSAT systems (preferred).
- Networking certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, JUNOS) highly desirable.
