A well-established business is looking for an accomplished Infrastructure Engineer to join its sizeable IT team on an initial 6 month contract. This organisation embraces flexibility so the successful candidate will be able to work from home full time. Please note, this role is Outside IR35.     In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise in the administration and support of Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware. Strong PowerShell skills, coupled with a secure understanding of SANs and networking (switches), would also be highly advantageous to your application.

Your focus will be on optimizing and improving the reliability of on-prem and cloud solutions and play a key role in maintaining, supporting and monitoring the technology estate including servers, storage, network, data and applications.   As part of a dynamic hybrid team you, you will be responsible for the operation, support and development of the IT infrastructure. Working with a broad range of technologies you will provide a proactive support service, ensuring systems remain accessible, available and well managed.
