Based in Spinningfields you will be working for a dynamic Global Organisation. You will be responsible alongside the Business Support function for the co-ordination and administration of everything Marketing within the business.

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to join our clients professional services network. The successful candidate will liaise with people across the firm, coordinate and manage events and collaborate with the central marketing team to maintain consistent communication. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills and is adept at working with a range of different teams, looking to make a real impact by driving exciting projects
  • Organise, coordinate and oversee marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals and branding
  • Be the primary point of contact for managers across the firm, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration on marketing projects
  • Understanding and relaying the marketing needs of the firm to the central marketing team, communicating expectations accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and client interaction Ability to plan, organise and execute events effectively
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (g. Mailchimp)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics
